When discussing each project with the customer, special attention needs to be given to the parts selection. A quality outcome is impossible with substandard parts to begin with. I choose to only use first quality parts from suppliers that I can trust. Normally I like to obtain the parts myself as any manufacturer can send out a substandard part and getting it corrected is done better directly than indirectly through the customer. All parts that come in will be inspected and measured to insure they meet some very strict guidelines. I reserve the right to refuse any parts that do not meet my high standards.

   The above applies to pistols that are sent in for custom work. While most modern 1911's are suitable for customization, I inspect each one that comes in for compatibility for the project we are about to undertake. For information regarding which firearms or parts I reccomend, please contact me.
